As Principal, Mieke eagerly promoted Strong Start® at Tait Street Public School serving as Site Co-ordinator and even taking the time from her busy schedule to be a Strong Start® Coach. In retirement Mieke took on administrative and training duties with Strong Start®, becoming a very valuable asset to the project. No mean feat given that she commutes from Brantford to accomplish this! As if that weren’t enough, Mieke and Bob Schroeder have recently made a donation to the Strong Start® Charitable Foundation!
