Teresa is the SVP, Pension & Benefits Consulting at Cowan Insurance Group. In this role, Teresa is accountable for the strategic direction, leadership, growth and operational effectiveness of Cowan’s Pension & Benefits Consulting Practice. Teresa holds a Certified Employee Benefits Certificate from Humber College, a Business Administration Marketing Diploma from Conestoga College, is Life Licensed and a Leadership Waterloo Region alumnus. Teresa has worked with a number of not-for-profit organizations in Waterloo Region as a volunteer, committee member and board member.
Teresa is Vice Chair for the Strong Start Board of Directors.
