Baby Connections® is delivered by trained Facilitators who share the program’s key messages, easy literacy strategies and tips for using the kit of resources.

The Baby Connections® program is implemented through Program Partners at more than 30 sites across Waterloo Region and has expanded to Perth County. Baby Connections® @ Home is an online version of the program.

New Facilitators, who will be delivering the Baby Connections® program, are required to complete the  Facilitator Training* prior to implementing the program at one of our Program Partner locations. *Facilitator Training includes the Virtual Delivery Supplement.

A Virtual Delivery Supplement for Facilitators session is required for all already trained staff/volunteers before they deliver Baby Connections @ Home.

Experienced Facilitators who wish to refresh the knowledge of their role are encouraged to sign up for a training session. Training sessions are offered online and in-person.
